I am 1/2 way through this series and I love it! Excellent acting, great costumes and sets do justice to this story. First historical drama where the make lead smiles a lot. The love between Derang and Yantan is sweet and bold. There is some really heartless killing and cruelty that is hard to watch. Don't know how the live story will end, but I am thoroughly enjoying binge watching the drama. I am surprised I haven't heard about this drama. I found it as I have run out of k and c dramas I like on Netflix.

I came upon this c-drama on Prime after finishing Royal Rumors. The unexpected meeting, engagement before dating, formation of a trusting relationship and then romance shows that love can be simple and yet beautiful. I love the main characters, especially the chemistry professor who is also a business man who cares deeply about his step family. The couple's similar personalities, opposite strengths and predication to each other is endearing.

The ML's family introduces many complicated situations. The settings, costumes, dialogues and characters are well thought out. There joy in following along the storyline, knowing good things will happen.

Love this drama for many reasons. FL is not a school girl and is a talented professional snooker player. ML doesn't need to say much because his eyes are so expressive! The OST is swoon-worthy.

The scenes in Finland, intro to the world of snooker, the slow development of romance make it a a very worthy watch again and again. Like how her passion for snooker revives his and brings him back as a top player to make himself worthy of her. Quite a contrast to the school girl romance themes common in c-drama.

Leo Wu is very talented at a young age. Hope we can see a lot more of him and he becomes a top actor.
