Ok ok it's true, I went in to this movie wanting to not like it. Quite simply for me, if it ain't Christopher Reeve then it can only be Henry.

So if course my view point was a little bias from the start. However even with Chris or Cavill I'd have struggled a bit with this one.

With this fake super it has no chance. Wait for someone to release it on the streaming platform you're already paying for. Don't go to the cinema and don't pay for a subscription you don't have already to get it. You'll just be disappointed.

I've never rated a movie as 10/10 before but that's the best thing I can say about this movie. I can't find a flaw in this film. Every character is great, all the scenes flow easily together and fun factor is evident in every part.

Watching Gibson and Foster's easy back and forth with each other is amazing to watch, add in James Garner and you have a magic trio.

This film is an absolute must watch. I throw it on anytime I find a few spare couple of hours and I need a pick me up.

If you want a great movie for a night in or just something to watch on any given day, this is it. Gibson is fantastic.

As a massive fan of F1 for many years I found myself in the weird place of really wanting to see this film, purely because it was about F1 and dreading seeing it as I knew they would mess it up with completely unrealistic over the top story.

Well I've just left the cinema with my son, an even bigger fan, and I'm so glad we went to watch it. Yes it's a film and not real life, yes there's some parts that would not happen in a real F1 race but I don't care. It's fantastic.

Characters you believe in, action you're engrossed in and a film you wish you were in.

Must watch. Can't wait for F1 Maverick.
