6 tales about different character's breaking points and the actions thereof. Argentinians make some good movies, I can't even lie. Whether it's horror, or something like Wild Tales, these guys are great at their crafts.

Wild Tales is a brilliant anthology movie with some funny dark comedy sprinkled across it. Usually with these anthology movies, there's always at the very least ONE I hate of the bunch but I can honestly say, I liked all 6 parts of this. All 6 stories. I felt for some of the characters, I smirked at some scenes, I got angry with some of the characters. I implore everything to check out Wild Tales, because it is truly a little gem.

Okay, I expected James Gunn's Superman movie to be good but this actually exceeded my expectations which very few movies do 'nowadays'. There's a LOT I liked about it, and then a very few problems which honestly did not take away from the movie at all.

First let me just say, David Corenswet as Superman was a great choice of casting. The guy's whole personality is basically comic Superman and let's of course not forget about Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. Just from going to YouTube and other media, you can see how famous his quotes and moments has become since the movie release. Just in general, the casting was very good. The score was good, the plot was fun, the comedy was just right and didn't take too much away from the movie.

But now for the couple of problems I had with it. First, I didn't really like the after credits scene. I don't want to spoil anything, but if you watch it, you'll see why. Some people liked it, but I wasn't a big fan. Especially considering James Gunn is making an universe. 2nd, you can clearly see this is a James Gunn project, because the whole mood is like his Suicide Squad movie which was perfectly fitting for a movie like Suicide Squad, but for a superman movie resembling the comic counterpart? I'm not sure. But awesome movie!

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, just like its prequel is one you have to appreciate with time. Silver Surfer was a great introduction, and surprisingly accurate portrayal to his comic book character. Galactus was a huge disappointment though, so once again Fantastic Four misses with their Main Villain. Despite, in my opinion, being a bit better than the first one, it still is plagued by bad plot, character development, but does excel a bit in action sequences and special effects for its time. Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer are both definitely movies you have to watch, just for the sake of it if not anything else.
