Normally don't review individual episode. But this one deserves individual praise. Paddy Considine's portrayal of Viserys Targaryen is probably better than how GRRM wrote him. The musics, specially in the end was on point. It elevated the visuals rather than being a distraction. Rhys Ifans and Matt Smith brought their a game. Even Milly Alcock (as Rhaenyra), whose acting I found a bit wooden in previous two episodes, improved her overall performance. Gave 9/10 instead of a perfect score coz. The Dragon CGI needs a little bit of work. Otherwise this was a flawless 1 hr entertainment.
Now I really feel bad for the billion dollar dumpster fire that is the Rings of Power, whose review is still locked on IMDb.

Awesome Cinematography. CGI looks really good. NOT overtly woke &/or preachy. That being said, the acting is more of a mixed bag. Milly Alcock, as young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, comes across as being wooden at best. Nevertheless, Paddy Considine as Viserys I is quite convincing. Matt Smith is his usual self. No issue there. My biggest issue however is with the overarching storyline, which shares the same nihilistic trope of 'subversion' with the now (in)famous OG series.
Don't know how long will it keep the audience engaged, at least those who know how it all ends.
P. S. Having low expectations will enhance the viewing experience. Lol.

True to the books. Reacher is a Sigma male. NOT a Beta or worse: a gender-bended and/or race-swapped woke character.
The acting is not overdone. Production doesn't look cheap. 9/10 coz. I feel that there is still room for some improvement.
Would definitely give season 2 a try, which should be made, coz. There's a lot left to be explored.
