I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, they actually pulled it off! This isn't just another sloppy reboot; rather, it pays homage to the original while preserving all of its magic without attempting to alter what already worked.

The cast was excellent; they added a grounded energy that gave the characters a genuine feel while retaining the animated movies' appeal. And the dragons, man? They looked stunning. Their design was clearly the result of much love. I smiled broadly whenever Toothless appeared on screen.

The fact that it felt respectful of the original was what I valued most. It was a sincere, aesthetically stunning return to Berk that struck all the right nostalgic notes; they didn't try to "modernize" it too much or add strange twists.

Definitely a must watch.

I enjoyed The Amateur. At its core, it's an action-thriller, but there's a slight twist: the man using the computer is thrown into the field this time. And truthfully It works.

Despite not being a trained agent or anything, he is a regular guy who is out there seeking revenge on his wife. His actions carry more weight because of that personal motivation. Even though he doesn't always know exactly what he's trying.

Even though some of his actions were somewhat inexplicable-you have to wonder how he managed to pull them off-the experience was still enjoyable. Overall, it was a fairly enjoyable ride with a fast tempo and strong action.

Unfortunately, Fountain of Youth falls short of its potential as a good treasure hunt. The classic race-against-time setup, a strong cast, and an intriguing premise were all present. But it all falls apart somehow.

First, the story is weak. Though the script didn't give them much to work with, the cast did a respectable job and you could tell they were trying to give their characters some life. It never really engages you or provides the excitement you would anticipate from a treasure hunt movie.

The action scenes were... alright. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't noteworthy either. You would expect some amazing scenes or witty stunts for a film like this, but everything seemed fairly safe and conventional. Nothing particularly suspenseful.

What about the conclusion? Very disappointing. The big final puzzle or crazy challenge that leads to the treasure is the main focus of these kinds of films. However, it seemed far too simple to find the Fountain of Youth here-as if anyone with Google Maps could have found it by accident. No tension, no reward.

Fountain of Youth seems like a lost chance all around. If you're truly bored, watch it, but don't expect to be amazed.
