I watched A Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare on Prime today and I truly enjoyed it. It was such great fun without any unnecessary drama weighing it down. The cast delivered wonderfully, and I loved how well the movie flowed from start to finish. My brother, who watched it with me, complained that there were no real twists or plotting, but honestly, that's how life plays out sometimes-simple and straightforward. For me, it worked because I was looking for pure entertainment and that's exactly what I got. On top of that, the actors were all drop-dead gorgeous, which was definitely a bonus. Overall, it was a lovely Saturday afternoon leisure watch. Solid 9/10.
I binge-watched Dil Dosti Delima in one day on Prime Video this past Saturday and truly loved it. The show felt relatable and fun, and as someone who's not Indian, I appreciated seeing a cast without nepotism-no "nepo kids" ruining the vibe with poor acting. Anuskha's character was a standout, and all the actors felt natural, making the show a breath of fresh air. Tanvi Azmi Mam's acting was spot on, and the entire cast brought great energy. The plotlines kept me hooked-I didn't miss a single scene. It was really cute and engaging. My only gripe: it's been over a year with no Season 2. Leaving us on cliffhangers and no continuation? Frustrating! 9/10 from me.
