After watching Vikram, had high hopes with Leo and was disappointed, again gone to watch this movie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with high hope due presence of the star cast but again left disappointed. Lokesh Kanagaraj set the benchmark with Vikram, had dip with Leo and with Coolie has dipped further. It isn't a great movie, the weakest of Lokesh so far and probably trying to bank on the presence of SUPERSTAR RAJNIKANTH and NAGARJUNA and to replicate the Vikram, at the end of the movie, AAMIR KHAN makes the appearance quite similar to SURIYA in Vikram, which makes everything repetitive as there were cameos in Leo as well.

Movie starts well, first half was good, but it's the second half which was dragging, leaving the movie with too many loose plots, wastage of ensembled cast and pilling up of subplots not needed. May be writer was trying to added 10 different plots together in limited space and hoping for it work which caused too much of confusion rather than adding depth to the story.

The bottom line is, Movie is a one time watch, with NAGARJUNA standing tall and asks Lokesh to re-invent himself rather than being repetitive with guns,bloodshed and cameos.

Problem with Indian movie industries is that a big established actor cannot portray himself as a negative character on screen for entire length of the movie, because they are Heroes and they take it literally. In this movie this particular problem is amplified. How can a superstar of telugu movie industry portray himself as negatively in a major Hindi Bollywood movie. NTR Jr. Introduced as a revengeful patriotic agent, turns into double agent, turned into martyred patriotic agent, but still helping a rogue agent played by Hrithik Roshan, to eliminate members of the cartel, who himself switching back and forth in being patriotic to nation and killing his chief to prove himself as rogue. And YRF has some serious issues with female actors, putting them as thing of beauty and show their skin, whether the story demands actress will be in movie to add romance touch and enhanced glamour quotient. Probably YRF is trying to inspire themselves from Bond movies and have their own version of Bond girls.

The Bottom line is, this movie is a botched up effort in the name of spy thriller movie and trying once again to bank on the stardom of superstars.

Ballerina from the world of John Wick is predictable action filled drama which is a good one time watch. It is a story of a girl turned into a assassin, who sees her father killed by a cult family, whom she is actually part of, seeks to avenge the death of her father, turning this movie into a revenge drama where she is assisted by the John Wick himself in the climax.

Movie uses same plot and has literally choreographed on the same lines of the John Wick movie. Action sequence are pretty solid especially when she is up against whole village of attackers yet always is predictable that who is going to come up alive.

The movie actually tries to be a bridge between John Wick movies 3 and 4 and may act as introduction movie if makers use Ballerina in future movie, doesn't offer anything new that other John Wick hasn't offered.
