Oh this was brilliant! Great characters, especially the main character who I loved - along with his partner whose recovery was a really nice sub plot. The build up of the investigation was multi layered with lots of potential protagonists and some really questionable decisions. Loved the well developed storyline that built up a picture of the victims life, good and bad decisions over the episodes, even the minor characters were really well cast. By the end I was completely invested in their relationships. The last episode of the series was outstanding- A gripping finish.

Sometimes Netflix just nails it, this is well worth watching- well done! Loved it and hope that there will be another series.

Michelle Williams is amazing in this. Achingly honest, brilliantly funny and nails the stuff that is a bit edgy on the sexual experimentation side! Loved it- particularly as a breast cancer survivor myself it reminded me of how I felt when I was having all the treatment and how it seemed way worse for the people around me to handle than it did for me. All the things that her loved ones feel and do I saw in my friends and family. It also reminded me that life is short and you really do have to do what makes you happy! I can't understand the negativity about this- it's a gift of a series. Maybe just not for the prudish!!
