This movie is to Joker as Love Never Dies is to The Phantom of the Opera. Not as good by far, but maybe worth watching for the sheer audacity of the choices made by a money-laden creative on the loose. Honestly, I had a good time, but I also own Love Never Dies on DVD so my taste is skewed towards camp. If you're down for a weird deconstruction of the events of the previous reconstructive movie but with Shape-of-water-style musical numbers throughout, maybe get tipsy and watch this. Just don't expect the pacing to be great. It's not too long though. And opinions are split but I got a really good laugh out of the ending.
Also the Harley character is better than the trailers suggest. Shame she didn't get more time.

Vangelis is the real star of this movie. The soundtrack is minimal, but mesmerizing. The sense of atmosphere is unbelievable. The FinalCut is the only version of Blade Runner that I've seen, and it's brilliant.
There aren't many movies that I've laughed this hard at, all throughout. Here's what I recommend for the best experience: watch Horror of Dracula (1958) first, then this. There are so many tiny references and nuances to the parody that you won't catch otherwise. Christopher Lee is, of course, phenomenal, but I was almost equally entertained when he was off screen. And let me reassure you: at the point when it looks like he's left the story, he hasn't. And the ending is beyond beautiful.
