How did Discovery start out as such an exciting, groundbreaking series and now devolve into this hot mess? I do not like any of the characters they are focusing on and the story lines are just slow, weak, and lame--like a cold, sweaty, limp handshake. Ugh! Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, now the computer is "alive", and she's annoying on top of that. What is going on with the writing?? Trash!
I can't wait to give the upcoming Strange New Worlds with Captain Pike a chance. I hope that it doesn't go down the path that Discovery is heading.
