After the first 5 episodes I gave the show a rating of 2, after watching the rest of the season I'm changing my rating from a 2 to a 10, and not because it's amazing but because I see potential in it and I don't want it to get canceled. HOWEVER, there's definitely some things they need to work out. Allison Tolman just isn't doing it for me. I liked her in Fargo but I'm having a hard time warming to her in this series. David Allen Grier, Wendi McClendon Covey and the Australian actor who plays a doctor(I forget his name) are everything good about this show. Even minor tweaks like some different lighting every now and again or pops of color that aren't navy blue would be nice. I get it's a hospital but the color and lighting kind of make me feel like I'm in a psych ward watching it.
