What's people's problem with this? It's wildly colorful, beautiful and witty. It's emotional. Luca makes a pretty good protagonist. This isn't some random cartoon from Pixar that disappoints, it's their usual magic at work again.

Watched this as soon as possible from the release time. Totally worth it. And the characters are not perfect, they have emotional disputes, relationships and faults. It was amazing seeing such a simple story come to life with so much pop, and all the scenes of this movie were so pretty!

I very much recommend this movie for another 90 minutes of classic Pixar fun. Ignore any ratings below 6.

After I watched this today for Christmas, I knew I had to review it! Everything's stunning, the animation, voice-overs, jokes, sad moments, and, of course, the story! With lovable characters, laugh-out-loud moments, scenes that tug at your heartstrings and a fresh, original concept, I have to say Soul is one of the best works from Pixar in a while. Also, the surprises at the end are... just mind-blowing. Would definitely recommend this movie for your holiday season!

This is probably the cutest Pixar film. A special mention to the first ten minutes, they're beautiful.

Balloon seller Carl Fredricksen is annoyed with his ongoing life, and so floats his house into the air with thousands of balloons to reach his dream destination. Though on his trip, cub scout Russel, Kevin (a bird) and Dug the Talking Dog tag along. Carl also finally meets his hero Charles Muntz, but things start going wrong.

I really think Dug is what really makes Up so cute and fun. And to all the dog lovers - there are hundreds of dogs in the film!

It's also pretty unheard of to have an old, cranky, frustrated man as a protagonist. Deuteragonist Russel can be kind of irritating too. But the two change, which is great. So get your hands on this classic!
