M3GAN 2.0 was honestly a step up from the original. I gave it a 6/10 because while it's still not a great film, it was more enjoyable overall. What worked better this time was the shift away from horror and into a more action-focused tone. It felt like the movie knew what it wanted to be fun, chaotic, and a bit ridiculous and leaned into that. The humor landed better, and the pacing felt more consistent throughout.
Joins that weird category of movies that you don't expect much from, but still end up watching all the way through. It's not the best, but it's definitely entertaining and very watchable. The story still has its silly moments, but it works better in this version because it doesn't try too hard to be scary. Instead, it just embraces the absurd and goes with it.
If you liked the first movie, you'll probably enjoy this. And if you didn't, this one might surprise you just a little. It's not perfect by any means, but it's a fun ride for what it is.

I would have given Bullet Train an 8, but I had to dock some points because of Joey King's character. She just didn't fit the role for me. It was frustrating because I know she's talented and has done well in other movies and shows, but in this one, her performance felt forced and out of place. It actually distracted me quite a bit. I think someone else would have been a better fit.
The fight choreography was solid in the beginning but eventually started to feel repetitive. After a few scenes, it felt like the same moves over and over, which made the action lose a bit of impact but the banters were definitely what made it interesting. Still, it was well-shot and looked stylish.
Despite those issues, I found the movie really entertaining. It moves quickly, keeps your attention, and has some genuinely funny moments. One thing I loved was the cinematography. The colors, lighting, and visuals were all top-notch. The editing style added a ton of energy, and the pacing was great. It's your typical action movie at its core, but it's done in a way that keeps you interested throughout.
Another thing I have to mention is the random cameos. There were a few moments where I was like, "Wait a minute, isn't that...?" and it added this fun, unexpected layer to the whole thing. It kept me on my toes and made the experience more enjoyable.
The comedy also worked really well. A lot of the jokes actually landed, which is rare in action-comedy hybrids. The production value was great across the board, and even though the plot wasn't mind-blowing, it did what it needed to do.
All in all, Bullet Train is a fun, high-energy movie with style and humor. It's not perfect, but it's definitely worth a watch if you're into action-packed films with a bit of flair.

Mr. K had an intriguing concept and some cool, moody vibes. The setup made me think it was going to go somewhere really interesting, but the ending was underwhelming and left me a bit confused. The intro dragged on longer than it needed to, which made it harder to stay engaged early on. I could tell the film was trying to say something deeper, but it didn't really land for me because I just didn't get it. That said, the acting was solid and it looked great visually. Cinematically, no complaints. It had style and potential, but it just didn't fully connect for me in the end. I guess it's one of those "weird" movies.
