I won't lie. First time I watched it I turned it off 5 minutes in (I may not have been sober and didn't understand what was going on). I have since watched this movie over and over and it's just a great movie. It's got romance & drama sprinkled with some light humor. The song's are what drive this movie. The Beatles were great song writers but some of the movies versions are perhaps sung better than the originals. Cast has great chemistry as well. Well worth a watch.

I might be biased cuz I went to HS with one of the main characters but this is such a great movie. The 5.9 rating is just criminal. Great cast. It doesn't pretend to be a deep complicated movie. It's exactly what it aims to be. But a great performance from a great cast gives the movie heart. Even if it's a bit silly. Sweet Lou is the man. Fun cameos by Stephen Root, Bam Margery, Tom Green,Bobcat Goldthwait, Dave Foley, & Randy Quaid. Awesome soundtrack. Jennifer Morrison as Jamie is just pure crush material. Just watch it. I promise you'll have fun. And maybe you can donate to the 'Release the twins' foundation.

Started watching it for the 2nd time and my wife kinda just sat there on her phone. The surfer scene got her interested and then She got hooked. By the end of the movie my wife (not into soccer) wanted to buy a Liverpool kit with Klopp's name on it. She loves him. But how can you not? Brilliant coach. Better person. Brilliant team. Great watch.
