Ignore the "cor, wow, amazing - i cried", hyperbolic reviews on here. Those people presumably cry at the mistreated donkeys charity ads too.
This drama with camera gimmicks, no plot resolution and absence of realism does not deserve the ridiculous praise heaped apon it.
Would you watch it again, knowing that sweet FA happens and there's no conclusion? Of course not. So it's a watch once and marvel at the sad acting deal. That's a dud in my book. The messaging also stinks. As has been commented in other sober reviews, teenagers going through adolescence do not stab each other to death, no matter what emojis have been exchanged. It's farfetched twaddle. Better to watch (blue) paint drying...

Largely very silly and unrealistic. A bunch of trite and obvious comedy confusion & unlikely mishap 'skits' with cardboard cut-out characters. Realism out of the window.
The semi-documentary style adds very little.
Catchphases? - there are none, despite this being a perfect vehicle for them. Far too much scatological comedy rammed in (oo-er missus!) making it more like a kids TV show.
Irritating amount of BBC box-ticking going on too. At least it doesn't have a sickly theme tune.
Nice to see Harry Enfield make an appearance though.
Better writing needed, unfunny characters Dean & Cherry need to be ditched. Drop the sickly sentiment also - the programme is as 'deep' as Allo Allo & thus doesn't earn it.
Series 3 managed to be worse somehow than the preceeding two. Please , no more.

What a pointless documentary. Just a rehash of everything that was raked over at the time.
No new theories. No new leads or avenues of investigation.
Stretched out and fairly pointless. No reason to watch it at all to be honest. Not particularly well made either as it jumps around and meanders back & forth.
It was clearly a professional hit. That at least should have enabled the documentary makers to weed out the silly dross. No mention of police revisiting the case to give it a modern DNA techniques overhaul.
Next case for the doc-makers to crack - Who shot J. R.? That would be more entertaining certainly.
