After watching The White Olive Tree which is brilliant, I definitely needed to watch something that was more lighthearted. I enjoyed this romance series very much and although I love the earlier Korean drama of Clean with Passion For Now, this adaptation of a similar storyline I felt was most relaxing and entertaining as well. I do not think it is fair to make comparisons with the Korean production. This one is an adaptation and I like how this storyline developed as much as the Korean version despite there being some major differences. Kudos to the writers for adapting from the original yet creating a series that stands on its own. I love Shen Yue. She is such a lovely young actor and her portrayal of the kind, compassionate and determined main female lead was well cast. Also standouts are Jasper Liu as the ML and in another supporting role for Taiwanese actor, Charles Lin (who I also loved seeing in Les Belles). The rest of the cast were also excellent in their roles. The OST has some lovely songs with my favourite being Pure Love sung by Rio. I also love the duet with Stringer and a male Chinese singer. Unfortunately I do not read Chinese so do not know the title or male singer in this duet. I also love the song in Les Belles that Stringer sings. Again not being able to read Chinese, I do not know the title. Overall, if you want a lovely romance with a lot of cute interactions as well as some lovely relationship developments then consider this series. Well done to all involved.

I just want to add to all the other 10/10 and 9/10 reviews so far as of 26/02/2025, that this is indeed a beautiful series with so much depth about very important issues such as PTSD, friendship, resilience, loyalty etc and totally agree with all these well expressed comments. In addition to the great cast and cinematography, the OST is brilliant and I have added all the songs to my playlist. I particularly like the singer Chen Xue Ran as well as the songs Te Amo and Find My Way Back to Life so well placed throughout the series. The songs are so heartfelt to the story and just the most beautiful melodies and voices singing. A very memorable series as well as memorable characters portrayed with so much heart and skill by the actors. Well worth watching. I love so much the dance scene in Episode 9 to the OST song, Moonlight Dance as well as Morgan's wedding scene in a later episode. Unforgettable. Definitely my number one Chinese drama.
