No spoilers for this review but it's pretty much what you would expect from the future producer of "Everything is Going to Be All White". Another production from Sacha Jenkins that has aged unbelievably poorly.
We all now know that stumping for Black Lives Matter has been an unmitigated disaster....but even this episode has a more sinister and mean spirited message. Watch it for yourself and decide.
Black Lives Matter raised billions and billions of dollars only to see that money gifted to Act Blue. The rest went fund a lavish lifestyle for the 3 leaders of the group.
So I ask...what exactly is T. I.'s vision of "socially conscious music". ...or is it merely a grift.

It's over for race baiter extraordinaire Joy-Ann Reid. I gave the extra star due to her effort to make the most laughable show on cable network news.
Since the 2024 presidential election, her rants have become more unhinged than usual. Let's face facts, it hasn't helped her cause that her abysmal ratings are now half of what they were 3 months earlier. MSNBC mentioned who the hosts will be in the interim. It looks like a round table format for the time being. I will say the new hosts offer no meaningful improvement.
Her final show will be sometime next week. I will not be tuning in. In fact, I have never seen her show live. Only many, many video clips on various platforms.
She will be missed. Just kidding!

Here is a show that IMHO deserved a better fate. The first couple of episodes the show was finding its footing with an unusual premise.
Kevin (Jason Ritter) started out an unlikable character but that would change. I'm not giving anything away as it's already in the synopsis and trailer. Let's face it, Jason Ritter seems to function at his best as a charismatic, likeable character....very much like his dad.
Speaking of his dad it's good to see Jason has some very good physical comedy chops. Not in the same league as his dad who was IMHO the best of his generation...but very good just the same.
I enjoyed Jason Ritter in "Another Period". JoAnna Garcia Swishser hasn't played a role that I haven't enjoyed.
