It's a good movie with good direction and amazing acting, bgm also created good impact, but still it couldn't create impact like the first part.
It feels quite 'filmy', typical bollywood style.. unnecessarily romantic songs, item track and over the top dramatic scenes, unlike the first part which literally created thrill in the climax, here in the 2nd installment of the movie, pre interval the movie was holding good, but after the interval it feels rushed, all of a sudden things started to going in Ajay's favour.
Though, Ritesh's role was well written and more amazingly performed, he did his best, but it lacks the depth of the character.

I'm not a typical movie critic, I'm just a regular movie watcher. So my review would be completely based on a movie fan rather than a critic.
1st half of movie was quite slow, and unnecessary slow motioned long Guerrilla fight scenes makes people loose interest. Also, the music by THE AR RAHMAN is good, but it doesn't suits the Maratha grandness.
But oh boy.. when the second half starts, i forgot all my complaints.
Although, it won't be fair to compare the grandness of Bhansali movie, but if it would have along with music of Ajay-Atul, and little bit of more Shambhaji Raje's story rather than guerrilla fight scene i would have given perfect 10.

TVF has nailed it once again..
They always bring best actors which do justice to their role perfectly and with such amazing story the joy for viewers got even enhanced.
Ambrish verma is a genius and definitely a hidden gem.
He not only acted brilliantly but also written and directed this masterpiece amazingly, though personally speaking i liked each and every actor in this series, but the way Vijayant Kohli (Kukreja/Mama) performed..uff you literally feel scared of him.
His body posture, accent, appearance everything will tell you that he is a badass villain who can go to any extent for his ego satisfaction, and the role he does so smoothly that it seems he's not acting and just doing his regular job.
Also Naveen's role (Sumit sir) might doesn't have very much screen time, but even in those little moments he just shows how good actor he is.
