So I was curious. I like the idea people coming up with a witness experience, but trying to prove it with a 'real' investigation is something that is been poorly done in this series. However I was fascinated so far. But... some people found Pure Aluminum on crash sites and it is shown as something amazing, hardly used etc. But if yoh truly dive into what Pure Aluminum is than you'll discover this is not as rare as they want you to believe. In fact it is used in heating and cooling systems for conducting electricity... oh well maby someone buried a cooler after drinking some beers in a desolate desert to cool off? Or left his trailer behind with a heater in it during wintertime?

If you want brainless amusement, then go see this, but for serious stuff, avoid this as much as you can.

I loved the idea of investigating old civilizations, and it's beautiful to see every site but this is a hunt against archeologic scientist and a big ego trip from an angry and bitter old man. I can imagine why some refused him access to some sites with an attitude like that. As if he invented the world himself. And my idea of good journalism is staying neutral. But Graham kept whining about how much he was rejected like a freaking 4 year old toddler. It annoyed me.

However because of the beautiful places and locations I also couldn't stop watching and the story is great if you ignore that 'personal accusation against science.

I've read the books. All of them. And they where breathtaking good. But this series doesn't show the horrific scenes in the books. It's like watching a soap. Like as the world turns but way to long. However the acting is good. But the horror the books brought me isn't visibly in this. 3 stars but only for the efforts of the actors trying to make the best out of it. This series sucks.
