Honestly, OPM is so famous in the anime industry that it feels like there's almost no one who hasn't at least heard of it.
The biggest thing that stood out to me was the comedic brilliance. I haven't laughed this much during serious fight scenes in any anime before. The way the show balances absurdly powerful battles with deadpan humor is just chef's kiss.
Saitama (aka One Punch Man) himself is wild. He's so overpowered that people even compare him to Goku. The only problem is that he's so strong that the fights don't have the same suspense or hype because we all know that all it takes is just one punch. That said, I feel like this will change in future seasons once he faces opponents who can actually push him to his limits. When that happens, I'll enjoy those fights even more.
That being said, I still had a blast. The fight sequences and animation were top-notch, especially the insane cosmic fight between Saitama and Boros. Absolute eye candy.
Overall, OPM made my week as a comedy anime, but I'm still waiting for it to fully satisfy me on the action side. Until then, I'll be patiently waiting.

First of all, I have never experienced an anime like this. Watching it felt completely different from anything I've seen before. The story, the characters, and especially the way it explores depression hit me hard. Pure excellence.
The old-school style of animation actually worked in its favor, creating really soothing yet emotional visuals that perfectly matched the tone of the story.
Story-wise - it's an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. This anime captures the real meaning of emotions in a way no other anime I've watched comes close to. Honestly, it's not just entertainment, it's something that makes you feel.
Takopi's Original Sin also leaves behind two very real and important messages--
1) Never put so much burden on a child's shoulders that they can't take it anymore. Shizuka, Marina, and Azuma were all victims of bad parenting.
2) Talking is the best "Happy Device." Sometimes, communication is the only thing that can save you.
It's only six episodes, but it feels complete and unforgettable. For me, this was nothing less than a masterpiece. If I had to give it a title, it deserves "Anime of the Year."
I wholeheartedly recommend giving this a try.

Kaiju No.8: MISSION RECON is a compilation movie of the first season of the Kaiju No.8 anime.
I have already watched the season, and I only wanted to see this movie because of an extra episode (Hoshina's Day Off), which is placed in the last 20 minutes of the movie.
The extra episode was all right; it had nothing to do with the overall story and felt more like a filler episode.
I wouldn't consider this a proper summary of the actual season because a lot of plot is missing in the movie. Episodes 11 and 12 are not included, and they are very important for understanding the story and following into the next season.
If someone is new to Kaiju No.8, I would suggest that they watch the actual season instead of the movie, as it is much better and more entertaining.
