I tried to think of something positive about this movie, but I came to the conclusion that nothing can be saved. I left the cinema with a deep sense of anger and the feeling of being taken advantage of.

The problems start right from the beginning-with cheap CGI and a child actor whose performance is cringe-worthy at best. But things only get worse as the script unfolds, becoming more and more ridiculous, eventually reaching a pinnacle of absurdity in the finale. At a certain point, I even stopped questioning what I was watching. It felt like a movie straight out of the Idiocracy universe-nonsense after nonsense.

As if the screenplay weren't bad enough, just wait until you see the direction and editing-some of the worst I've ever seen.

I just want my money back.

Seriously... I was expecting a genuine horror/mystery with supernatural elements, but in the end, I was disappointed to find just another average production with a few gross scenes, two of which were even blurred (not kidding).

It's a pity, since I can tell the actors are very talented, and the special effects are also convincing, but the storytelling just doesn't work for me. It lacks depth, real meaning, and a fulfilling explanation in the end.

I never felt involved or scared. The mystery isn't there, the horror isn't there, the supernatural isn't there. I left the cinema more confused than anything.

There were seven people in the theatre. Two left after one hour, the guy in front of me walked out about 30 minutes before the end. So, what went wrong with this movie?

The biggest problem is that it's three hours long, but half of that time is spent foreshadowing the rest. The second issue is the overly dramatic close-ups, where everyone looks like they're about to cry for no apparent reason. It's as if they tried to create a sense of drama and heaviness with long-winded explanations and teary eyes, but it completely fails to deliver.

This is mostly due to the uselessness of the side characters, some of them appear out of nowhere and are suddenly part of the team for no clear reason. More than once, I found myself asking, "Why is this person even here?"

Add to that the jokes that consistently fail to land, the absurd Deus ex Machina moments, and you end up with a recipe for disappointment.

In the end, the only thing that genuinely amazed me was Tom Cruise's hair during the plane scene. How do they keep that shape? Seriously, it looked like it was glued together, even with the wind. It's weird. That can't be right.
