This isn't your typical slow-burn Bigfoot movie-Monster Tapes goes full-throttle with military shootouts, PTSD-driven horror, and a monster that wreaks havoc in the best way. The practical effects shine, especially in the gory kills. The leads' performances are strong, selling the fear and desperation. The tank scene is hilariously over-the-top but fits the film's tone. Some narrative shortcuts weaken the plot, but as a pure creature feature, it's a riot.

This isn't the Bigfoot of campfire tales or goofy B-movies. In Bigfoot: Blood on the Farm, the creature is portrayed as a genuine threat-something that feels grounded and frightening. The decision to keep Bigfoot mostly unseen pays off, building a sense of dread that never really lets up. The acting is strong, especially given the limited cast. The two sisters have great chemistry, and their reactions feel believable. The film doesn't overstay its welcome and maintains tension all the way through.
