First of all, the concept is incredible. Everything else is second to that, because an incredible concept sticks in your mind for ages after you watch something. I've had Never Blink on my mind for days, and came back to write this review. Sure, the budget isn't the highest, but plenty of cult classics have gotten by on less. Most of the bad reviews on here seem to be from people who are more scared of a diverse cast than they are of the actual horror, which is pathetic and not the movie's fault. If you want a fascinating, suspenseful, and intense watch with plenty of sick action moments, you should check out Never Blink.
