I am totally obsessed with this movie, i always have been. I have all the books, including the field guide and while its not always accurate its still loads of fun. I used to put it on every night to fall asleep, i think everyone should see this movie at least once. I know a lot of my love for it comes from nostalgian but im obsessed with this movie. I make all my friends wi]atch this movie, my family watches this movie. It was a huge staple in our household. It used to give me nightmares too, i think thats part of the reason i love it so much though. It was a movie that really stuck with me, one that my whole family could always agree on. Its a movie thats important to me.

I watched this movie a long time ago, ive been obsessed ever since and have spent years looking for a dvd copy (i finally found one) its a lot more violent then i remember it being. I love how different and unique all the witch designs look, its why i love this movie so much. Some parts are really cringe, and even really uncomfortable. There was things i didnt like so much this time around, i didnt like the way everyone looks at Gretal like a piece of meat, but it is what it is. The only "bad" this about this movie is thats its kind very predictable, and id even say its like... all stereo types.. i am however still just as obesessed with this movie as i was when i was young.
