I love these types of movies where it's so predictable you're literally just there for the ride. This is the type of movie where you're in a mindset of just mindless fun without any plot twist drama to ruin your day because yes it takes a whole different mood when I want to watch something that can potentially stress me out like someone suddenly dying from cancer trope in the middle of the show. This was not that. And did it deliver the fun? Yes.

It's a basic hallmark like rom-com but added with that spoofiness they did with the dating show tropes which makes it funnier. The stereotype of the ladies had me laughing. Another good thing about this is the chemistry between the leads Pierson Fodé and Miranda Cosgrove. Like the moment they met I was just smiling silly. And their interactions in several scenes I definitely saw sparks. It's just a good amount of corny and cheesy that it makes me feel good watching them together. The only thing that put me off here is the weird camera focus they kept doing. It was like a bad acid dream trip sometimes.

Overall a definite recommend if you want to sit back with some wine, a light laugh, and old fashioned cheesy romance.

I saw the trailer and got reminded of A Little Thing Called Love and while I adored that movie it's not without problems regarding one's appearance and this movie presented that the female lead has a similar problem in particular her hair. So I am pleased to say that they didn't follow the same path.

Now this is just a simple story there's no big plot twists or conflict for every character but it does give your heart a tug. I actually teared up watching this when they dug a little deep putting thorns in the plot lines which helped give more depth to our main leads. Because they needed it. If this was a series would've hit so much more.

Ngl I was rooting for the 2nd lead because I thought they had better chemistry during their main scene BUT the main lead actually swayed me to him during his time. The actor is kind of like a depressed puppy? He gives off this vulnerable innocent guy and he was so very sweet! I actually felt my heart flutter during their romantic moments which were so few give how short the running time is.

Overall it's not the best out there but for a one time watch I recommend this if you're looking for something light and fluffy. It's not overly romantic but it does hit still and all the characters are good there's nobody annoying.

The trailer had me curious as it seemed thrilling but the movie didn't deliver it. The actors were overall fine nothing praise worthy. The dub isn't so bad either... but how the plot unraveled was just a let down add to that the blurring zooming in out they keep doing just made me dizzy.

They could've done more with the Escape room concept if they actually created an atmosphere of suffocation but they were all barely stuck there. They didn't mention it but it just felt like only 1 day has passed? Maybe 2 days if I'm being generous. That's just not enough to create that sense of dread of "I want to get out! We're all going to die here! We have no food!" crazy moment. Now instead of a thriller of humanity going on survival mode it's just a mystery. So you're basically just watching them solve the puzzle and that's it...which isn't that good anyway because by the end it's just a sense of coincidence the right characters were there at the same time and not actual smart play on solving. I guess if you just like watching them literally just "solve" how to get out then it's a tolerable watch but overall not really something I'd recommend over other movies.
