Celebrity pastry chef.

In 2015, Zac and pastry chef Gian Martinez developed the PieCaken. Originally intended to be sold in Rey by the slice, the PieCaken is described as layered pecan pie, pumpkin pie and spice cake covered with cinnamon buttercream and topped with apple pie filling.

Zac initially wanted to learn to bake because his vegan mother never baked him cookies. Zac also worked as a costume designer for a time before pursuing his true passion of baking.
