- AnecdotesIn one of the scenes where Melissa Barrera is in bed, she appears to be reading "Impresiones y Paisajes", a 1918 travel book written by Federico García Lorca, a Spanish poet and playwright, one of the great writers in the Spanish language. The title of the book is in Spanish.
- GaffesOn the cover of the book by Federico García Lorca that Melissa Barrera is reading, both the name and the title are wrong: it says Frederico Garcia Lorca "Impresiones y Paisanjes", when the name is Federico and the word in the title is "...Paisajes."

Firstly, I must comment on the baby girl featured at the end. She is one of the most beautiful babies I have seen in a long time. The casting was excellent, finding a baby that perfectly matched the mother actor.
Regarding the plot of the movie, my opinion is less favorable.
The movie is not terrible, but it did trigger me in various ways.
As a woman who has experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy, I tend to avoid movies or shows that depict pregnancy or stillbirths. The reason is that, even after 12 years, I am still mourning my loss, and such movies leave me feeling more hurt, often to the point of tears. I wish there had been a warning in the movie's description beforehand.
Furthermore, I was not fond of the ending because the nurse mentioned she had also lost 3 or 4 pregnancies, but when she passed away, she was not shown with any of her children who would be waiting in heaven. Instead, she agreed to take care of the newborn boy for the mother.
I believe they should have cast other babies to represent the nurse's children and included them in her final scene with the mother.
It seems the director may not believe that babies possess spirits unless they are born.
Regardless, it was a decent movie, but for obvious reasons, I will not watch it again. It serves its purpose to entertain for just over an hour.
In my opinion, for a movie dealing with themes of child and pregnancy loss, it would be more impactful to cast an actor who has personally experienced such events. Authentic, raw performances stem from real-life experiences. Hiring an actor to simulate the emotions associated with such a tragedy feels disingenuous to me. It's akin to the insensitivity of using a fake pregnancy announcement as an April Fools' Day joke. Such matters should be handled with greater care and respect.
