The Trail

I will be homest and admit I was a bottle of prosecco, 2 beers and a whiskey in when I sat down to watch this, so my opinion may not be the most reliable...but I LOVED this movie. The Wtf! Note had me in stitches. Just don't go into it expecting a top notch special effects movie and you'll hopefully enjoy it as much as I did. P. S kudos to the actress and her facial expressions 👏

This wannabe movie really sxxxx.. so dull and boring and nothing happens.. omg, seriously?

Beautiful shots of the landscape is the only good thing here. I can't even remotely comprehend how this train wreck of a movie got an imdb rating above 7. Absolutely hilarious.

The so called alien is something like an escaped lunatic with a facial feature disfunction. Pathetic.

How can something like this even be produced. I guess the main actress had to pay to be a part of it. LoL 1 extra Star for the landscape.

Avoid that borefest.

The Trail,

The landscape of the alps is magnificent. It's is a beautiful setting with a calming and peaceful atmosphere. National Geographic could use some of the camera shots for a montage.

The story is some what flat. We've got her walking, walking and running and maybe some more walking. Social phobia and the confrontation of fears are the center of the plot.

It got a deeper meaning, no doubt and I wish everyone a large amount of patience to go through the movie but don't wait for a cinematic masterpiece.

It's very flat, she wasn't paid to speak and overall I am not very impressed.

3 stars for the landscape! The cameraman really outdid himself and 1 star for trying to come up with a story that no one asked for and no one needed.

Excellent, not a word spoken but yet a compelling watch, some amazing scenery shots, this film was clearly done on a budget so how they managed the sci-fi screens is beyond me, I've watched some very poor sci-fi budget CGI movies, this is not one of them, great actress who carried the movie well.

Well done.

It's slow paced, the supernatural is not really the focus of the movie and there are some frustrating cliches (like the protagonist going to investigate every dreadful noise she hears), but ultimately I found that it worked.

Between moments of contemplation, tension and emotion I didn't really see the time passing. I thought the movie was well-crafted in its own way, even though it won't be to everyone's taste.
