I really appreciate the rational people who took the time to appear in this and debunk the idiotic theories pit forth in this "documentary." As for the rest who offered their goofy theories, I say that time has revealed how foolish these opinions were and still are. Watch for entertainment but don't get sucked into the ignorant drivel of years ending in "7" etc.

Michael Shermer can always be counted on to insert common sense. The astronomers who appear are the real experts and the heroes of this production. Everyone supporting these silly ideas are selling books or have some other way of profiting off the gullible.

I gave it 6 stars, as this show, along with all the religions of the world, utilize emotion, and little science, to make you believe this crap. 2018, and we still here... No Dragon or its asteroid hit us in 2017. But, as for a science Fiction show (thus you did not get wrapped up in the religion of this show, or its fake science gestures) it was a fun science fiction film.

I watched the "Documentary" on Sunday Morning, 9-17-17. The Color Photography and the impressive collection of "Talking Heads", cured me of ever taking conspiracy theories & religious dogma very seriously. If this "Documentary" ever is released on DVD; BUY it and store it with all the other comedy DVDs.

Let's See. The "Y2K" theories went on for years; causing unnecessary & Unfounded fear, under the guise of "The world & Civilization" as we knew it was going to end! Guess what? I woke up with a hangover and watched the "Rose Parade" Common Sense: 1 -- Theorists: 0.

NEXT: The Mayan Calendar Fiasco -- All the dire hand-wringing Plus the usual fear-mongering, caused by the producers of these TV Programs, NEVER happened. Common Sense: 2 -- Theorists: 0
