Loud music plays throughout the entire movie and you can barely hear the actors speaking. The sound is way off in this movie. Very distracting.
This movie made me laugh so hard. I loved it 😅😂 you have clues as to how poor quality it is at the beginning. Note that "Anna's" mother is so dumb and clueless she seems to have early onset dementia .
The fun really begins though when Nick comes back on the scene. Literally every reaction of every person is totally illogical. The motel front counter lady also seems to suffer from dementia sadly and has no understanding of any situation she's put in. A scene where the mother who goes into the police station to report her son missing and in the hands a known killer but just can't bring herself to report it because, how will all this reflect upon her? Also this is filmed in a world with no 911 service where everyone must solve their own problems themselves. Such fun. All three stars were for the unintentional comedy.

Great plot, but not a good way to approach or succeed in it.
Besides the predictable plot, the sound was terrible. The music was louder than the actors. I had a hard time even with subtitles.
I liked where the storyline was heading, but the approach was just ridiculously bad...
This isn't a review of the film, but a comment on one aspect of it.
Whoever was responsible for the sound needs to go back to film school. It was very difficult trying to hear what anyone was saying for most of the film : almost every line sounded like it was being delivered by someone with a mouth full of cotton wool, a bunged-up noise, and a bucket on their head (worst culprit was main villain Gino Anthony Pesi). And that was even before the awful music started DROWNING EVERYTHING OUT.
If you do ever watch this film, activate the subtitles before you start.
