Avis en vedette
This movie clearly targeted an American audience rather than just a dutch audience.
Now the humor is quite mad, raunchy and really way beyond anything someone would call political correct - do not even touch this if you have issues with that subject matter. Because nudity, swearing (foul language) and many more things that are offensive are included. This is what you get, but the movie is true to itself and it has an inner logic (something that gets compromised even in the first sequel) ... Juvenille anarchic - and just couldn't care less if or how many it offends along the way.
The movie maintains the essence of what makes Flodder such a beloved franchise its quirky characters, offbeat humor, and the outrageous situations the family finds themselves in. However, fans of the series might notice the absence of Coen van Vrijberghe, whose presence added a distinct flavor to the show. His absence in the film is felt and leaves a bit of a void for those familiar with his contribution to the series.
Despite this, the movie does a commendable job of translating the chaotic and unconventional life of the Flodder family into a feature-length format. It retains the spirit of the series, while also introducing the characters and their bizarre lifestyle to potentially new audiences.

Dochter Kees: [smiling] Hello!
Buurman Neuteboom: Oh... good afternoon.
Dochter Kees: I saw you arriving, so I thought: Let's get to know eachother.
Buurman Neuteboom: Well... that is very kind.
Dochter Kees: [looking at the flowers] For your wife?
Buurman Neuteboom: Yes.
Dochter Kees: [sniffing the flowers] Mmmm, smells very good!
Buurman Neuteboom: By the way, what is your name?
Dochter Kees: Kees, just like my brother.
Buurman Neuteboom: You... don't look like your brother.
Dochter Kees: Fortunately not.
[looks as Neuteboom's car, leaning on it]
Dochter Kees: Beautiful car!
Buurman Neuteboom: It is a CX 25 GTi with an injection engine.
Dochter Kees: Injection?
Buurman Neuteboom: It is an engine that injects the fuel into the cylinders with a high pressure.
Dochter Kees: You know a lot about it!
Buurman Neuteboom: I am working at the car branch.
Dochter Kees: Oh yes?
Buurman Neuteboom: [closing the garage doors and unties Kees]
Dochter Kees: Neighbour, what are you doing now?
Buurman Neuteboom: [horny, whispering] I want you, you are arousing me.
Dochter Kees: But your wife...?
Buurman Neuteboom: [starts to wheeze hornily and fucks Kees from behind]
