The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie

I've played quite a few SpongeBob games. This one would probably be most challenging. It certainly is fun, but each level is more difficult than the last. Luckily, SpongeBob and Patrick, the two playable characters, can obtain manly points and redeem them for upgrades. You might think you won't need the upgrades. But trust me, you will. It's virtually impossible to beat without them. It's fun, but some parts do require some patience. The patty wagon can be difficult the drive as well. It can slip and slide and it also has a health capacity which unfortunately cannot be increased. I don't mean to make the game sound like a nightmare, but it can be tough. It's still fun and exciting. I've beaten the console version a number of times, so it certainly has great replay value. I recommend it if you're a fan of SpongeBob and video games. But do be aware that it's not always a walk in the park. I find it to be the most difficult SpongeBob games but still one of the best. Give it a chance, I don't think you'll be too disappointed.

Like the movie itself, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie game is a really enjoyable platform. The game may be a bit challenging, but it sticks to the material of the movie very well. It has an engaging story that may have the same story from the movie, but has a great edition to give it time for the players to enjoy. It does have good graphics, even by today standards. It does have a fantastic gameplay, especially when we unlock some new moves throughout the game. And it does have a lot of fun and challenging bonus challenges that would make a full completion to 100%. Like the movie itself, this would be worth playing for fans and non-fans of the show. Even for a license game, this one can do anything to make it one of the best Nick games out there.

Wasn't the greatest of games but it was decent for a licensed one. Pretty unmemorable, though. Gameplay is repetitive and even downright clunky at times.

Although not as good as Battle for Bikini Bottom and also being surprisingly challenging towards the very end, that still doesn't stop The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie from still being an enjoyable enough game if you're looking for more thrills and spills with SpongeBob and the platforming genre.
