Anecdotes
J.D. thinks that the Janitor is in the movie 'Fugitive, The (1993)' (with Harrison Ford). Real footage from the movie is used in this episode, and in fact actor Neil Flynn (Janitor) plays the role of a cop in the scene.

Gaffes
after Turk jumps out of the car through the back window you can see cars avoiding to hit Turk. But the body on the street disappears behind the white pick up.
