An awful episode which almost ruined an amazing anime. A very poorly written episode which seems as though someone who had never heard of Death Note was given the job to write the end. Most of the characters ( Expecially Light ) were given new personalities and the portrayal of these characters in this episode is inconsistent in regards to the rest of the series.

What can I say, I liked it.

This series is one of the worst I ever saw in a long time. It was painfully boring and awfully written, with a lot of skippable episodes.

Despite this, I enjoyed the ending, and not only because this torture of a series was over, but I actually liked the direction and it was the first episode I fully watched without skipping at least half of it since the 20th or so.

I spent a lot of time reflecting on how this series could have been better, and I'm gonna stick with the idea of replacing the thriller/crime genre with something more dramatic and lessening the length to 10 episodes max. Maybe then I could have enjoyed it.

For it gets mediocre after 25 Ep This show should've end with L's death it got boring and lost its quality after L's death Near is nothing compare to L.

This might be the most disappointing finale in anime history. Overwritten, underwhelming, and very very boring, this finale goes a long way to sour the opinion of anyone who enjoyed the show so far.

I really liked this ending of such a spectacular series, I really don't know why it has 8.4 for me it should have more than 9 why it is one of the best bear cap I've seen.
