From talented writers Staci Layne Wilson and Darren Gordon Smith, comes this fun, original, comedic gem of a movie.
Agoraphobic computer programmer and Russell Aquarius superfan, Alberta (Christina Jacequelyn Calph), finds her Russell Aquarius avatar has mysteriously come to life in the real world, after a power blackout.
The comedy ensues as 60s rocker Russell Aquarius (Michael Ursu) and 2020s modern girl Alberta, find love with each other.
Michael Ursu is brilliant as Russell Aquarius and nails his role. He's not over the top (which would have been easy to do) nor does he underplay the role. The chemistry between characters Alberta and Russell is clear and the rest of the cast have been well chosen, including the talented Brooke Lewis Bellas playing Alberta's mother.
Well worth watching :)

Don't believe the two 10 stars ratings. They're fabricated by the makers of this movie. This movie, if you can call it a movie (I call it a drama club project), is so boring that I could watch it and play a game on my phone at the same time, and I wouldn't miss anything significant on the movie. The plot is predictable, the acting is mediocre, the climax is so anti climatic, the ending is a dud. If you're trying to kill some time, I suggest you listen to some good music or read a good novel instead. Don't waste more than an hour of your life for this pathetic and weak effort they call a movie like I just did. Learn from my mistake.
Nuff said. These other 8 to 10 star reviews are bogus, apparently done by friends or the production team themselves. The dialogue is lame and appears as if it was written by some high school student who decided to settle on stereotypes and clichés rather than do proper research.... and call that the script.
Garbage!
Garbage!
I loved this. Fun, a little silly, well worth watching and an awesome concept.
Who would you bring back from the past via a computer program if you could?
In this film Russell Aquarius is brought back to life by Alberta Stevens, who has obsessed over him since her Grandmother was a massive fan.
I won't unravel the rest of the plot, you should go see this one or buy/hire it online, sit back and enjoy some light hearted fun.
The writers, director, production team and the actors were clearly an amazing team who work so well together.
Again - see it any way you can, in all its awesomeness.... P. S: Michael Ursu who plays Russell is pretty easy on the eye too!

Was surprised at how cute and funny this film was. Both leads played their roles respectively. I do feel like the budget interfered with what could have probably been an awesome final act. But at the end of the day I was there to see one of my favorite actresses Brooke Lewis Bellas. Can never say enough good things about actress Brooke Lewis Bellas. I love her as a Scream Queen, but ohmygah did she have me on the floor with this role. She nailed it again in this funny Mom in Leopard Pants role Tawny. I watch a lot of indie film and I don't think people realize how hard it is to create a character like this without acting way over the top. Brooke Lewis Bellas has the acting ability to layer these roles with the exact amount of reality and subtly. Wish she was in it more. But nonetheless i enjoyed myself.
