A Hard Problem

I've long been telling people about the dangers of AI in especially medical situation. It's a damn flowchart. It's intelligence without reason. Your doctors don't even doctor anymore. They rely on an AI system to tell you what is in the flowchart for treatment. Intuition and experience is out the door. In fact this whole platform runs on AI. Artificial intelligence is demanding what you write be within their CODE. There's not a human now who runs any of these platforms. It's just a machine. The AI is telling me I have 95 characters left. The AI is telling me I have 15 characters left. OOps 9 characters left. I think I met my Ai minimum character requirement to leave a review. See it yet?

To me, this was a good movie.

All the acting was good.

No one seemed out of place.

The storyline was good, it was basically a 'why are we here' type theme.

The dialogue was excellent, every sentence was well crafted and every reply was just right.

It must have taken a long time to write the script, with a lot of 'aw yea, that's perfect!' being said out loud a lot during the writers' collaboration.

Sadly, I got distracted by real life towards the end so I didn't understand the ending, but luckily, i'll probably have some time next week to watch it again.

Good luck to the writing team, I hope they keep up the streak of good scifi.

I never bother about these types of science fiction movies. I like science fiction, but it should be enjoyable to watch. This film is very different. It plays with your concience. The storyline has been done before, but this movie tells the story from the paralell being's side. Is he human or artificial? That is the question. The story evolves slowly but retains your attention. It is a worthwhile movie for those viewers that like these types of films. I still found it okay and well played and produced, hence my star rating of four stars is below what other viewers of this genre will give. They will enjoy it more than I did..

This is a slow and methodical film that really isn't presenting anything new. It's almost a stream of consciousness type of film. What it does do, it does well. Most of the actors are really great, the editing could have been a little bit better. But there are some very well written thought-provoking lines, again nothing new but presented in a unique way. Personally, I like slow character driven films, if they're done well, and I think this one is. If you're looking for straight up Sci-Fi, action, a lot of special effects, this is not the film for you. The edits were a little slower than they had to be in some scenes, and a little longer than necessary, but other than that it was cool. The score was nice, not overdone. The two lead actors were good.
