Barely any discussion of food. Lena talked for 20+ minutes nearly nonstop about herself and black history. I skipped forward 12 minutes and she was still talking about herself. Foul language, parts of it seemed force, very little of this episode revolved around food. 10/10 would not recommend.

Lena Waithe is super awesome. So fresh to see someone unafraid of being themselves and not apologizing for it. The places they choose in LA are fascinating and off the beaten path.

What a great episode, with the host and guest Waithe going off the beaten track of LA dining to hit some little-known gems and hidden wonders. Waithe is a great guest, unapologetically herself, smart and funny, and willing to participate enthusiastically in even the weirdest of the food presented.

Lena Waithe is soooo annoying. She has got to be one of the most full of herself people out there. All she talked about is how great she is. Not to mention the fact that she seemed uninterested in the food.
