At the final, easy to me defining it as lovely.

For the predictable end, for the fair - smart craft, for the message - simple, precise and profound emotional, not last for acting.

Two very good friends for long time.

One of them has as recent experience a break up, the other is her host and source of consolation. In same measure, the one who proposes to her long term good friend a date with a pretty ideal woman.

And when the moment of encounter becomes reality, indeed, the taste of host is , obvious, perfect.

Not a very complicated story, not an original one, but nice crafted and reminding, in right terms, a precious truth. And, no doubts, this is exactly a great virtue.
