Van Damage searches for his wife in that proverbial den of iniquity (the sex trade) in this edition of Jim Powers' ambitious Sin City series.

In a way this is porn's belated answer series to that overheated expose movie by Paul Schrader: "Hardcore" in which George C. Scott searched for his daughter in L.A.'s porn world.

Victoria Sin is his wayward wife, now making porn. Movie starts with her running around in skimpy white lingerie down corridors in traditional horror movie format, then having gonzo sex with Lee Stone -Powers' go-to actor in these hellish thrillers.

This turns out to be a porn scene Van is watching, and we follow him on his strange saga of tracking Victoria down.

Powers encourages overacting by his oddball male cast, particularly Dirty Harry usng an odd voice and manic attitude playing a porn actor and Devlin Weed as Victoria's mean pimp.

Stealing the spotlight from Victoria are a series of huge-breasted sex workers: Carmella Bing as a peep show girl, Trina Michaels agressively having a threesome with Bing and Harry, and later on Shyla Stylez (RIP) as another prostitute. Van ends up going through a sexual ringer by the time of finally catching up with Victoria, who no longer wants to be with him.

Powers' experience with all manner of gonzo content is brought to bear on the "Sodom" series, making for a wild ride.
