The Comedian is short in run time but lasting in emotional content. Versatile actor Satish Kaushik who we will miss after this his last film is at his best as a down the hill actor and a failure in personal life which makes him grumpy. He is no longer the saught after Comedian.

His life and his view on life and personal relationship is going to change when he meets across the neighbour's balcony a sweet little girl. Pinky-Grace Girdhar, is a girl who everyone would wish to have as one's own daughter, is unforgettable. After the film is over, she is going to linger in the viewer's mind- and heart for ever. I wouldn't narrate the end but suffice to say, the short film and it's two characters will stay with you for ever.

It keeps you glued to the whole experience. He has given Bollywood some incredible performances in many movies, in fact made 90s kids childhood more fun by his comic timing and authentic acting.

The Comedian is a very heartwarming and at times very emotional movie that ensures a sweet smile on your face with your heart brimming with many emotions. Sir Satish Kaushik provides those sweet chuckles but often, his deft acting performance, makes you see profoundly into his deep and varied emotions, that you can't help but realise how wonderful actor Satish sir is (Artists live on). I absolutely loved the beautiful bond between sir and the young girl 'Riya'. The scene where both tell their respective jokes to each other makes a delightful moment to feel emotional for sir's character but smile on Riya's innocent laughter.
