2 of the crew members (not-listed in the credits) were asked to not climb on a fire escape ladder. They did so anyways, resulting in the production nearly being halted by security for the building once spotted on security cameras. Additionally, they caused the production costly time and money.

On the second version of the commercial, the camera pans right (following the lead actor) instead of left as, Trevor acknowledged the wrong first. Production was cut short due to lighting and cast availability.
