I recently got to see this movie, ! I thought The storyline was really good, the acting and the whole concept of the movie was great .!

The location in the movie was also really good . (In the middle of the woods somewhere far from the city and no Wi-Fi connection or signal )

I will recommend to pay attention to the movie otherwise u can get lost .

I think the climax of the movie could have start a little sooner , also i wish some of the actors/actresses would have had more screen time as well ,

i don't think is considered a horror movie but more like a thriller movie , there is enough action/suspense to keep you watching for sure.

But i did enjoy the movie overall ... :)

R BnB is a solid indie thriller that fires on all cinematic cylinders.

Artfully directed by Robert Mann, (who also is credited as the writer and editor), takes us on a fantastically twisted ride that is reminiscent of Hitchcock and "Get Out". The movie holds you, enrapt from it's gorgeous opening and heart pounding music by Bart Hendrickson, to it's surprising end. The entire cast is first rate: Ryon Thomas, Bryanna McQueeney, Alex Galick, Savannah Whitten, Marco Reese-Maldonado, Agnes Artych and especially Gloria Mann (Point Break, The Lennon Report, The Cassie Confession) (who plays Thomas's protective sister) who gives a stunningly powerful performance highlighted by her martial art skills; it is not to be missed!

The beautiful cinematography is by Al Satterwhite We have all stayed at an Air BnB, but I guarantee after watching R BnB, you will think twice before staying at another one.

I'll just preface this review by saying it is incredibly rare for me to rate horror movies anything below 4 stars. I try to give low budget movies the benefit of the doubt for at least trying. You can check my past ratings and see that generally I don't write any reviews on here at all and I almost never rate below 4 stars. I decided to make an exception for this 'movie.'

This isn't typical a 'low budget' indie horror movie. I enjoy low budge horrors especially when they are able to punch above their weight. Alas this isn't a low budget horror movie, this is just cheap junk. I actually paid $2 to rent it... which is $3 more than it should be.

To start with the acting is incredibly wooden, like the actors probably have no experience acting in a film of any kind. You know those high school and college film projects where people just get their friends and random people on campus to act in their project? Yeah, that's basically the quality of acting in this movie.

Also, it appears to be directed and edited by someone who is a very amateur filmmaker and doesn't have much knowledge at all about film editing or directing. This movie has so many poorly done cuts and scene transitions that it breaks any potential for immersion.

Basically, anyone who gives this movie anything above 5/10 is almost certainly part of the making of this film and should be embarrassed.

This is C level, maybe even D level, movie making. I could have given it 4 for the honest effort. You can't rightly blame the makers of it to give it the old college try, but you just can't pull it off with bad acting, bad writing, bad direction, bad structure, bad chemistry.

If you read through the reviews with the high ratings, you can discern their falsity. It's not that difficult, and I knew going in there was a very good chance that's what they were, false and simply trying to boost its rating. You can surmise that from the trailer alone, actually.

Consider my words a public service announcement for the savings of a few dollars. For superb horror, watch "The Changeling" instead, from 1980, with George C. Scott. That's how it's done.

I was immediately into the characters and the premise of RBnB--the gorgeous couple, the edgy sister, the strange BnB keepers. And of course the gorgeous Hudson River Valley! The further into the story you get, the closer to the edge of your seat you sit! In truth, I've now watched the movie more than once, and I still find it edgy! What exactly is motivating all of this behavior? Do we really know these characters or not? What exactly happens at the end?

Watch it for yourself! It'll grab you and keep you there! I loved it!!!Hats off to the great team, the great location, the great sound! Will there be a sequel?
