With Pleasure

It seems eccentric at the first sigh. Maybe, it is it. But after its end, you feel it as true. A bar in which a burlesque artists sings in a stripping number. An eclectic public, passioned by wisdome in form of proverbs and words of writers. A thief like a bug in the web of spider. And the defense, very precise of this bizarre group against aggresions, menace and fear of the intruder. After its end, grace to the last scenes , charming becomes the proper term to defind it. Because it represents a space of freedom , perfect refuge and good shield against near reality.

Well actually they are way "too cool" ... especially considering the situation they will find themselves in. No pun intended as always and not sure if you know what is going to happen here. This short movie was a bonus on the Rats Blu Ray I got - which by the way if you think this is over the top and "mad" ... you have not seen ... nothing yet. Wait that's double negative - let's just say this short is just an appetizer to the madness in the mind of the director.

Make of that what you will. There is sexuality, there is adult themes ... not necessarily of the arousing nature - but then again, if that floats your boat ... go for it. You have to be open minded though with this. The set design, the makeup, the costumes ... I thought they work wonderful - but it's not for everyone - literally. There is color here ... a lot! So either you will be able to dig it - or you'll throw your hands up (something they are not doing in the movie - again no pun intended) ...
