Emotional + top notch action entertainment

Yesterday watched this beautiful film. First half is full of emotion and second half is full of action with a reason. It's well written and directed film. The whole crew did his best job. Music and it's timing is cherry on the cake. Vidyut proved in this film he can do emotional characters as well as he does action. Pure entertainer with social isuue. It's gives you vibe of taken and John wick's films. Overall it's a must watch film. Sheeba chadha , dibyendu bhattacharya , nandni, khalu, kidnapper young boy, danish hussain, rajesh tailang, shivalika oberoi, ashwat bhatt all did justice to their characters.

    Great

The star of this movie is Vidyut Jamwal, who is fantastic. In this movie, he plays a regular parent looking for his daughter who has gone missing to show off his skills as an action hero. You should watch this if you like excellent acting and thought-provoking stories.

If only the main culprit was of a match....I would have given 10 stars

Khuda Hafiz 2 begins exactly from where Chapter 1 left. Our lead actress Shivalika is still recovering from the horrors of Chapter 1 when they get to adopt a kid which brings in happiness in their life but soon, a horrific tragedy strikes yet again that forces Vidyut to go on a man hunt for the culprits.......yet again.

The story is pretty decent. It is to the point and never deviates here and there with any kind of subplots which is why it keeps you hooked till the end. While Chapter 1 was a rescue mission, Chapter 2 is a revenge story and the impact is present because the film takes a good 35 mins to establish the relationship between the leads and the girl child which is why when the kidnapping and the later events happen, you feel the urge to see Vidyut take revenge. Job well done here.

While Sheeba Chadda and Dibyendu are side villians and they have done a fabulous job , the biggest issue is that the main culprit of all the ho-hum is a school kid! I felt it initially not a problem but the climax was where it was a big let down because we see a small sequence in Egypt where Vidyut and the school kid are fighting! I mean what is this? The two are of no match so where will the fireworks come from. The main culprit had to be someone of Vidyut 's level , not some school kid lol lmao. This is why I felt the final moments of the climax disappointing.

Also the Egypt sequence is very short all the main entertainment takes place in Lucknow.

Action sequence are very well choreographed. Raw and sometimes really gory (not to the extent that faint hearted ones will have an issue though). Songs, all genuinely sound good and go well with the film. Rubaru has to be my favourite.

This film establishes Vidyut as a proper actor and not just a simple action hero. Shivalika has limited scope this time but she is good. I have already talked about Sheeba and Dibyendu.

Overall, a must watch film. Please watch it in theatres . This film deserves your support. You gave lots of love to Chapter 1 now Chapter 2 needs your love too otherwise do not complain that Bollywood gives chance to nepotism when you can't support actors like Vidyut and all.

    Khuda haafiz chapter 2:agni pariksha

Khuda haafiz chapter 2:agni pariksha is an action drama romance film directed by faruk kabir.

The performances are stellar. Vidyut jamwal has most probably given his best performance here. His eyes, his expressions, his dialogue delivery, everything is on point. Shivaleeka oberoi is an upcoming star. I have not seen eyes more expressive than her in recent times, at least of a leading lady. And also she deserves to be the national crush of india. She portrays a traumatic character with grace and ease. Wheover cast sheeba chadda as the antagonist deserves a payraise. She is a wonderful performer, here given the space she gives her absolute best. She is menacing and cold to the extent we think. Dibyendu bhattacharjee and the other supporting cast do their job perfectly. Special mention to bodhisattva, the teenage rapist and the little lady, nandini. Both of them are so good.

One of its striking qualities is its cinematography. You see the use of colour palette in the dark, gloomy sequences. It looks so lifeless and dull. You see the long shot action sequences inside the narrow lanes and that brilliant jail sequence. Also that top view shot inside the bathroom setpiece. Its brilliant to say the least. Now i come to the action choreography. Its absolute peach. You dont need fancy locations and excessive slow mos to make an action setpiece look engaging. You just need a capable performer like vidyut and a capable action choreographer also like vidyut. They do not shy away from showing violence. There are bloody sequences which are gruesome and brutal. The hand to hand combat scenes are beautiful to witness.

Dialogues too are a strong point. The japanese philosophy of broken things and its inception is very well done. In one scene, thakur ji says 'un do ladkiyo ko nipta do, mane alag alag karke phek do' , it was brilliant. Its good. Writing is actually very good. The trauma and the scenes with the shrink are very mature and realistic. The adoption part of nandini seems very well written. Only one sequence where a character identifies a ble car from a monochromatic CCTV is somewhat illogical. The writing of first half esoecially is brilliant. The drama is built well in the screenplay. In the second half though, it goes a bit wayward.

Another striking quality is its music. What a special music album. And not only the music but also its use in the film. The song in that dargah scene just took me back to kun faya kun. Maybe it is inspired somewhat. Also the song in that narrow lane action sequence generates a beuatiful adrenaline mixture.

The vfx in the egypt sequence is a bit jarring to the eye but it is not a major fault.

This movie has its heart in its right place. A beautiful sequel, i would say better than the first part. This is a must watch. I rate it 8.75 out of 10.

    Movie based on High Emotions

Khuda Haafiz : Chapter 2 : Agni Pariksha...

Starring Vidyut Jammwal in lead role...Also starring Shivaleeka Oberoi as the lead actress...

A year back when its 1st part of the movie released on an OTT platform postive reception was received and so when the director cum writer Faruk Kabir announced its second part expectations was in high as one reason was the impact of delivery that the first part gave & also Vidyut Jammwal performance....

Talking about the plot of this movie...

The movie begins with showcasing the trauma of the lady who underwent extreme adverse atrocities over abroad and how she is trying to cope up herself and how Sameer played by Vidyut Jammwal supports her...

This resembles me about the Drishyam 2 where the daughter passes through the trauma of the incident happened....

Back to Khuda Hafiz, then one fine day a little girl enters into their life and there happens a change which slowly accelerates their joyous moment which also in turn strengths the bond between the couple which was lost somewhere...

But again history repeats & now Sameer comes into the ground to fight for their justice...

Now talking about the story and screenplay...

Story is again a repeatitive of women atrocities and when the law doesn't takes up the stand, a parallel law will set up the people who needs justice...So story wise no innovativeness...

Screenplay is highly based on emotion. Being a Vidyut Jammwal movie, actions can be expected & movie delivers the action but not a commercial way of execution...Its a blend of Vidyut Jammwal signature action plus the character natural action which can be conceived to the audience...

As its highly based on emotion, it cannot be said in a commercial film making and so many times a second thought it was good to watch it over an OTT platform as when required it could be paused.

Faruk Kabir portrays the customary grey topic of woman atrocities in his own style....

Shivaleeka Oberoi performance was quite good but her screen presence is restricted as here a question might rise

    1) When an attrocity happens against a women why always men are crucified ?? Do she also have the responsibility to fight??

Overall a movie based on emotion which could be watched over a big screen to feel the experience knowing that it couldn't be paused when experiencing a lagness...
