Who Killed the Butler?

Who has the time or attention span for a silent movie? The sound track belongs in a cartoon. Ir seemed like a lot of filler and no substance. I didn't make it past the first couple minutes...

I was bored out of my mind for the first 8 minutes and was going to turn it off but gave it a chance that I realized it's probably the best movie of silent type films I've seen in a while. People just need to wait for it to get to the good part and the meat of the mystery ;). It really twists what you would expect from murder mystery in a fun and unique way. I really liked the boyfriend at first because I thought he was cool kind of like a cowboy. I've been struggling to quit smoking for a while now but I feel like this film and the journey of the detective has really inspired to try and get clean once again. Thank you Jason and I hope you continue following your passion! What a unique and wonderful piece of work 😊

I kind of liked the Silent film beginning, but kept waiting for it to fade into an actual movie.... it didn't. I gave up, no action just reading and pictures. Not a movie.

This plays out like really cheap fan fiction. There are many reasons I only made to the 4 minute mark. First is the the fake 'worn out film' effect. It gets INCREDIBLY ANNOYING very quickly. Even Youtube movies from the 30's have been remastered and look better. It has a soundtrack which would be better used in an old-time comedy. It's also a 'silent movie' with the text pages in between scenes.

The cumulative effect is mind-numbingly boring.

There should probably be a warning for epileptics with all of the flashing going on.

It all seems like the creators of this video conspired to make it as unwatchable as possible.

I know it's short and you think you might want to try it, but save your precious time and do something else.

It was sort of like a silent movie. In that it was silent. The printed words on the screen disappeared before all of them could be read in some cases. The music was way too loud, or background noise whatever you want to call it. I definitely would not watch it again.
