The Korean from Seoul

One of my fav recent Oz film discoveries (the other being All These Creatures). Director Steven Whatmough navigates us through the realms of racial microaggression and immigrant identity crisis through a comedic absurdist lens. Sonically warped by swathes of smoky, hypnotic brass-heavy jazz, glitchy electronica and chromatic no-wave acoustic rock- we're presented with a delightfully dissonant and at-times nauseating peach of a film.

Imagine the worst movie you've ever seen and be prepared for this one to be worse. Bad writing, bad acting, bad plot, bad everything. Do yourself a favor and just watch something else; literally ANYTHING else.
