Comme des pétales qui tombent

The acting was really good and the plot of this movie was amazing. It's was really worth my 2 hours of the day. I love how they're showing so many different topics.

The fear of running out of time, the feeling not to be good enough, the fear of getting older, the fear that if you're not perfect that you will lose the person you love the most, to hurt the one person you love so they can move on from you even tho you love them so much, and more.

It's amazing how it is connected with the spring and how much you can love a person even tho you just met them! Love like that is precious! And the sad thing about that is that this kind of love is rare nowadays. I hope everyone who hasn't found the one will find them soon. Because everyone deserves to be loved like that. Thank you.

I liked how the main characters encouraged each other. I liked how they started to enjoy each other's company more and more.

The honest emotions of what happened next and the portrayal of the emotions was very touching and done to really invoke empathy.

It was really surprising to see what happened and how things progressed.

Just seeing how things can happen in life and the way love can unfold is something else.

The movie's end other than the obvious emotions, I like how it drew from nostalgia and appreciating the other person.

I thought I was prepared emotionally when I decided to see this Japanese film, «Love Like the Falling Petals» in Netflix. The title itself gives a premonition how the plot of the story will evolve. Yet when it ends, it somehow gives a much deeper impact. Yes, it is heartbreaking... and yes, it is heartwarming. It reminds me of the Taiwanese series «More Than Blue». Both revolve around a young couple whose endearing love was brutally hindered by the twist of fate.

One thing for sure though, these two dramas are undoubtly gifted with excellent performances, especially the male leading roles. They are just fantastic actors and actresses!

I still can't get over K and Cream's most unselfish love to each other in «More Than Blue». This time, it is Harutoo and Misaki's.

Feel the happiness and the sadness they feel... and be enchanted how true love can give us pain and satisfaction.

I was so touched by this film that i cried like a baby at the end of the film. Such a powerful emotional film that i would suggest to anyone to watch it. The film is so good and the actors are quite good if not excellent. I really love this movie. This is one of the Japanese film finest work...

This movie looks so so beautiful, is well acted, and touched me on an emotional level(which not many movies can do).

Yet I can look over the fact that for 45min-1h in the middle, nothing really happens, which bugs me a lot. You could really skip this part and still understand the ending.

The story is also too nonsensical at some points, many random time skips and while sometimes the movie tells you too much, instead of just showing you, at other points it doesn't explain anything.
