Marie s'en va marcher (ou presque)

This is a splendid little movie about a young woman, not a beautiful nor gorgeous woman, but an ordinary girl, who decides to make a trip, a hiking trip thru France, using the St Jacques de Compostelle path, the famous footpath that so many pelerins use every year. It is hard, tough, but marvelous. You have to be fully prepared, physically and also in terms of equipment. This short movie shows the dedication of this courageous young woman wo has decided to attend the most difficult task of her life without much preparation. It is a short tale of courage and te value of relationship between people. Also a tribute to physical effort and the beauty of nature, wilderness. A cute little film, really.
