    I love it

    The best episode of the season in my opinion. I laughed from the beginning to the end. The concept is very unique, simple, and funny. Not like some other episodes, trying so hard to be something else, but if the audience don't get it, it's meaningless.

    28 Weeks later/Dawn of the dead 2 are finally out!

    Srsly good - haven't seen smth in this style ever. Shame that the seasons take so long to be released but I enjoy this season so far a lot.

    Quirky, clever, and a terrific change of pace

    Another standout episode in a triumphant return for season 3 of LDaR.

    A hilarious change of pace from the jaw dropping animation, non stop violence, and cosmic horror that usually keeps viewers of the series engaged. This tilt+shift stop-motion rendition of a familiar apocalyptic trope will keep you on the edge of your seat trying to catch all the quirky mayhem.

    Beautiful

    Really fantastic episode that tells in a few moments an entire zombie apocalypse on a miniaturized scale, a really cute idea made in a really beautiful and original way.

    Goofy and fun. Clearly made by fans of the genre.

    I like zombies. Maybe I'm stuck in the '00s, that's okay. This short is obviously made by fellow zombie fans. Pretty sure we see a nearly perfect recreation of the 2004 Dawn of the Dead scene where the nurse flees her home.

    The animation is actually pretty unique. I assume this is 100% rendered, but the work done with depth of field was incredibly convincing, and made most of the scenes look like physical miniatures. Well done to all involved, I enjoyed this one a lot. I think the bit with the penguins was my favorite.

      The visual style of the episode imitates the look of a tilt-shift camera lens. These types of lenses utilize what it known as the Scheimpflug Principle. While normal camera lenses are designed to be parallel to the camera sensor, tilt-shift lenses can manipulate the alignment to the sensor. By changing the angle of the plane between the lens and the camera's sensor, one can change the scale of focus and the depth of field. Changing the scale can allow your images to appear miniature and can also minimize or maximize the blur behind your subject.
