Coming to the grounded nature of the story and characters, nothing seems to be over the top and presents various challenges people face, very naturally.
The performances by lead cast and supporting ones totally shines. Iqbal, Rachana, Sneha and everyone else is doing a fabulous job. Special mention for Sneha, she looks and acts perfectly. She's not going mad at Dev's character to be in her life. Villains in Indian shows are always in the male lead's home creating havoc. Amba's presence is limited and to the point, hence avoiding overdo and overkill, which is a good thing. Hope the story unfolds slowly like the way it's being done right now. I love this show.

Came here for the story, stayed with the characters. Dev and Vidhi have been fresh changes as ITV characters. The show knows how to serve old school and slow burn romance. To top this it has Iqbal Khan and Rachana Mistry as the leads. It's such a treat for the eyes to watch the duo perform.
The story has so far stuck to its main theme. It comes not only with the harsh truths of life (society) when it comes to age gap love but it's all set to explore the dynamics of the characters post they establish a relationship pre and post marriage. There are light moments, there's falling in love, there's being in love, there's family drama. A little of everything to keep you hooked.
Iqbal Khan breathes life into Dev like no one could ever do. Rachana Mistry is a breath of fresh air on the screen. The rest of the cast is well placed, breaking the stereotypical mould type.
A wholesome watch for the viewers looking for a fresh Indian daily soap.

Though the storyline is different and refreshing the character of Vidhi played by Rachna Mistry is highly irritating...I wish she could be more realistic...I mean how can someone b so dumb...I watch this only for d performance of Iqbal Khan nd Sneha Wagh. Iqbal ji's acting his expressions are matchless but Rachna is highly irritating...i skip her scenes at times..Also watching Deepshikha ji after so many years is so good...maybe some ppl are going to get offended but I can't help it...I have specially searched this platform to comment on this thing...I rarely comment but I really wanted to this time so I did.

Star Bharat's as usual low trps concern me, they did with Pratigya 2, Tera Mera Saath Rahe, Wo Toh Hai Albelaa. Hope things change with this recent revamp of the channel.else is doing a fabulous job.
